The Boat House is a stunning on the water oasis  moored on our private lake within our large Gilling Old Mill estate set in a secluded corner of the North Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by breath taking views and offers a truly unique and luxurious experience. 

It boasts a chic open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with everything you could need to whip up a fantastic meal for 2.  A wall mounted smart LED television, free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and dressing gowns name a few of the finishing touches. The bedroom comprises of a beautiful king-sized quirky iron four poster bed with fully fitted wardrobes and large sliding doors onto a veranda where you can watch the wildlife and enjoy the gentle lap of the water. The living space is completed with a shower room with WC and Temple Spa products.
